Well, Haas has a bit of a better rep, and is usually ranked higher, although Anderson's program is also vexcellent. Why not apply to both? :)

Hi

Haas will be right choice for you.

Collaborated thoughts

Haas Strengths: Bay area
1. Weather
2. Location (for future work)
3. Strength in Tech and Entrepreneurship
4. "Ranked" #7 now, potential M8 school
5. Smaller program
6. Scholarship (50% - <10% selectivity)
7. Parent School Strength (Berkeley)
8. Well known in Asia
9. VC, high tech, general mgmt, consulting

Anderson Strengths: LA
1. Very strong Entrepreneurship (though not in tech)
2. International programs are strong, especially in Asia and Latin America
3. Scholarship (2/3, not sure of selectivity)
4. IB, real estate, entertainment/media
5. Larger alumni network (than Haas)
6. Weather is amazing (though smoggy)
