Are you actually studying for the GMAT? I ask because neither of the questions that you've posted have been GMAT questions. If you're actually studying for the GMAT, then you might want to focus on GMAT-specific practice materials.
As far as this question is concerned, you can use a combination of TESTing VALUES to prove what the calculation is always divisible by. What result do you get when N=1, N=2, N=3, etc?
