Could you please underline the right part of the question?
I have some ideas concerning the answer but I would like to be sure which part is underlined.

B & D is out because not underlined part uses "THEIR", referring "Wine GrowerS", which is plural
C & E is out because not underlined part uses "FOR centuries", referring it to be a Perfect Tense.

Hence A wins.

How is Winegrowers related to "as has been done" in D?

as has been done refers to harvest , so i say it is a correct comparison.

their in non underlined part refers to winegrowers.
