Hey there,

Thanks for posting and for the details - love it! You have some good things in your profile - great school with good performance, a move into the industry you're interested in, a promotion, a strong "get it done" spirit, and involvement wherever you've gone. But, that said, you're a) a bit young (18 months of exp) and your GMAT is low for what you're targeting. If you're looking at the top 15, you need a 720+, not a 700+. And you need another year at least. Even most accelerated career clients of ours (bankers, consultants, PE analysts, etc.) are starting to wait until they have 3 or 4 years under their belts before they head off to bschool. If you bump up that GMAT to a 700 and want to apply this fall, you're going to need to target the 15 - 30 range more realistically. But a) your GMAT is critical and b) you're young.

I hope that helps but I'm happy to answer additional questions because I'm pretty sure that wasn't what you were hoping to hear!

Thank you so much for valuable input.
How about applying for Jan 2016 intake for a ranking of around 30-50 range schools?

That would definitely improve your odds - the question you'll need to answer is if those schools get you where you need to go. They can - you just have to find the right ones for you!
