by khanjee » Wed Apr 12, 2017 8:30 am
HI Everyone! Please advise

I got Low GMAT so applied mainly to mid tier universities, but my essays/recommendation and experience were good, now I got selected into Three Universities - Till date. I want you guys to suggest me which school to choose from based on the tuition fees and the reputation of the university. (Inter.. Student - Mech Engineer)
1. Madison Wisconsin (not yet selected) Good Repute/Ranking but relatively high Tuition fee (~ 66K)
2. N.C Jenkins School Good Repute but less than the #01 but very very high Tuition fee ~78K
3. IOWA State University Less repute but very affordable ~48K
4. Ohio State Universtiy Less Repute but Very affordabel ~48K

I have to select, please note that i am professional mechanical Engineer a fertilizer industry in Pakistan. I dont want to spend too much money but if program is very good i may gamble my money. Please Advise

What was your GMAT score? And, which university did you end up selecting? I am interested in the Jenkins and I just needed your 2 cents.

Your decision must depend on the following:
1) What was your GMAT score? Can you improve upon it enough to get considered by better schools?

You will be doing MBA only once. So, if you man manage a better GMAT score, you can get into must better school. You ROI will be much better if you for better B schools eventhough they may be costly.

Definitely Wisconsin. Interesting, what did you choose?
