Hi,
Would really appreciate some thoughts on the dilemma I'm currently faced with.
I'm admitted to Kenan-Flagler and Smeal, Waitlisted at Anderson, Kelley and McCombs.
Need to take a call on the -School, what with my enrollment deposit date approaching.
I intend to transition from Technology to Marketing(Product Management perhaps).
I know Smeal is known for its Supply Chain Concentration but not so much for Marketing.
As an international candidate does it make sense for me to take the full free ride option or choose a higher ranked school?
Thank you.
Kenan Flagler (No fellowship) vs Smeal( Full fee waiver +GA)

Generally speaking - go with the higher tiered program. Rank within a tier doesn't matter as much. So UNC is a tier or two above Smeal. It's a top 20 program, it attracts the type of companies and jobs you want. I say go with UNC - the numbers, in the long term, will work out!
