I want to write gmat to get into 2 + 2 deferral program in 2020. what is the last date for application?
can I write gmat in November 2017 or January 2018 to get admission in year 2020 ?

For specific information about each School's application deadline(s), you should visit the website for each School. Once you have the necessary information, you can 'reverse engineer' your schedule so that you can give yourself enough time to properly study for the GMAT (and take the Official Test).
