It's precisely because

It's precisely because consumers are frustrated with television and Internet advertising (and, more important, avoidable with the help of technology) that marketers need to seek out ways of reaching people with ads that are acceptable and even agreeable (not to mention uninterruptible).

A. consumers are frustrated with television and Internet advertising
B. television and Internet advertising is frustrating to consumers
C. of consumer frustration with television and Internet advertising
D. consumers find television and Internet advertising are frustrating
E. television and Internet advertising frustrates consumers

b - ARE required for compound subject television and Internet
c - awkward; what does "with television and Internet advertising" modify (which is correct: HE FRUSTRATION WITH ADVERTISING or HE is FRUSTRATIed WITH ADVERTISING)?. Furthermore this option changes the dependent clause into a phrase (BECAUSE OF....ADVERTISING) and therefore use of THAT not required before MARKETERS
d- two verb FIND and ARE FRUSTRATING not properly connected (we need a connector)
e- need plural verb (frustrate) as subject is compound "television and Internet"
