Here are the combinations:
1 & 28 : difference 27
2 & 14 : difference 12
4 & 7 : difference 3

Answer is (B) from the given options.

Solution:

The pair of positive integers with a product of 28 could be {1, 28}, {2, 14}, and {4, 7}, with differences of 27, 12, and 3, respectively. Since 3 is the only difference given in the answer choices, choice B is the correct answer.
