Account locked -Morocco Representative used a wrong password

Hello,

This is a request for your about a problem in my account. Indeed, when I try to connect to my account, I'm blocked with the message below:

"Your account has been locked. Please contact Customer Service".

Amideast Morocco tried to connect to my account to do the payment for the GMAT but they used a wrong password several time. So till now, they didn't do the payment.

Can you please unlock my account? I need to enroll to GMAT session ASAP.

Hello,

I contacted Customer Service via www.mba.com 2 days ago but no feedback till now.

I called Customer Service several times during these 2 days but my call wasn't taken by any agent.

I contacted Amideast Morocco (Local GMAT Customer Representative) but they directed me to mba.com customer service.

Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. I need to pass the GMAT no later than March.

I just signed out of my account in the Desktop version to test signing back in, now it also tells me my account has been locked.
Happy112 The Contact Us option just gets me to the FAQ.
