I got 710 (only 92%). My Q is 50 and my V was 35 (ran out of time). Is it possible to know how many questions I missed? What would my score be if I had gotten say another 5 questions?

I don't have any idea about verbal, but probably you had less than 5 questions wrong for quantitative section. However, this is a CAT exam, and it does not matter home may questions you got wrong. Even it could be 10 wrongs, but still 50.

Got 6.0 on AWA as well

by lostsoul04 » Wed Jan 28, 2009 3:54 am
For those of you who are wondering, the turnaround on AWA is surprisingly quick. It became available to me in 5 days (not 20 days). I got a perfect writing score as well (6.0).

I need to take this test again because my score is not balanced (more specifically- my verbal is below 80%). What can I do to improve my score (to 99%)? I especially had a hard time with RC and CR. Any suggestions?

At first I wasn't sure what you were talking about, then I realized you are referring to the title of my username. Just because I wasn't there to chit chat with you all doesn't mean my experience does not matter. "Must be stopped" What kind of a hateful language is this? We are not talking about genocide here, Kumar. Do you hear yourself? You must be some lonely loser who is jealous that someone with only 2-4 weeks of studying can get a decent score. Your post really pissed me off. I guess it was a mistake to join this board.

lostsoul I am sorry if I have looked strange but I mean it...even i will agree to the idea of time since joined...but what the hell...joined and posted a 770 story? to whom it is adding values...

if logitech post a success story of 53-47-800 I can feel that try to mimic something out of that...similarly other regular poster...but what about an stranger coming and posing for a cheap 700 story? why?

Good stuff man. I am not sure how many questions you missed or I really do not care how long you studied but you and your racist language is not what I would like to see in a Business School.

Congratulations on your score. Well done.

Why don't you learn English first, before you attack people? Your post lacks grammar, logic, coherence, punctuation, and common sense. What a waste of time.

Amen to that. LOL. Whatever happened to freedom of speech! Who says one can only learn from people who have hundreds of posts? Are you out of your mind? ANYBODY remotely interested in GMAT should be able to express themselves / exchange ideas here. To think that this forum should belong to some sort of a clique is outrageous. Please be a little more open minded, this world will be a better place.

What a douchebag! One, your posts are harder to read than the toughest RCs/CRs I've seen on GMAT. I find myself reading your posts twice, sometimes three times, and make inferences -- just to understand what you are saying or trying to say rather. Two, they should change the name of this board to "beat the douchebag" as you keep coming here and asking for it. Three, you must be on drugs or something as you refer to 770s and 720s and success/failure stories. I just asked a question, you moron. Didn't brag or tell my "story." Four, I think what you are really trying to say is that you don't like 710 level people asking question about their weaknesses. I have every right to improve my performance regardless of what level I start from. Just because my first attempt is your dream score doesn't mean I should be comfortable with it. I wasn't trying to "show off." I have no reason to. My verbal is below 80% (have a long way to go in that section) and my overall score is below the "average" for the school I am applying to.

You are pawned.

P.S. I used "douchebag" since using your real name, Kumar, makes me racist according to some.

No, no. Amen to THAT. Thank you.
