I know that the term "2nd MBA friendly school" has flaw in itself.

Because no school is 2nd MBA friendly; you have to sell your case their. you have to show enough reasons for why you want to do MBA once again.
Some schools are open to know your story. and some schools are reluctant, they just throw away the application forthwith (well not that harsh though ...;) ) but still there are some schools who do not prefer students who already have done their MBA.

I am compiling the list of both types of schools...
help me If you know some already :)

Guys,
I don't want to sound harsh here, but why the heck are you going through a second MBA? Did you do poorly on your first attempt?

I can't imagine any good reason for going through this again, nor do I see how it would make you more competitive.
As an engineer, getting two engineering degrees, or three or four would probably be frowned upon rather then embraced...

It just doesn't add up.
