GMAT Strategy

I have been offered the entire set of Manhattan GMAT ( all 8 books and 3 reviews) for a really good price $120 but i dont think i am going to be getting access to the online portion as he thinks this has expired. I have 2 questions which i hope someone could help me answer. answer.
1. Do you think its still worth it to but the whole set for $120 even if i cant get to the online portion.
2. Is there another way to get the online portion, ie register a second user on the same id( not sure if thats the way it works)

When I sold my Manhattan books on craigslist, I signed over my account to the person who bought the materials. Basically just changed the email address and login details. If it's been a year since the person signed up then access is probably expired.

Each book comes with a online problem set but in reality the questions in those set are mainly 500-700 in terms of difficulty. The only thing you really need is access to the CAT tests. You can get access to all 6 when you buy a single MHAT book so if I were you, I would get the full set of books used and then buy one MHAT book new so that you get online access to the CAT tests.

$120 bucks for the full set is a pretty good price provided it's the 2009 editions of the book and not the 2007 editions. If he's selling you the 2007 books then walk away because the price isn't right.

I ended up purchasing the books.

I managed to get him down to 100 as i told him i had to purchase a book to get online access

Manhattan books are usually considered a good investment. If you're looking for more difficult problems, try the challenge archive of the Manhattan books.
