I have just started on SC. So, if my explanation is incorrect, bear with me!
The use of frequent is incorrect. The word used should be common. That leaves C,D and E.
(C) - 'that' cannot be used as it usually introduces a restrictive clause to explain its antecedent. Also 'should be working' is incorrect tense.
(E) - 'in which both of the spouses' is awkward and wordy.
(D) - Correct.
What is the OA?
