The answer is E but I think C) also makes sense for assumption... What do you think??

The argument does not compare United State's consumption with any
other country. All we know is that the US consumption is large enough
to make a difference in the Earth's resources.

C takes the above a bit too far in saying that the US uses resources
more than any other country.

E is within scope
