Worth adding volunteer experience 2 months prior?

Hi admission experts. Do you think it's worth adding more volunteer experience 2 months prior to applying? Would committees be skeptical?

Hi, yes they would definitely question it and wonder if you just did it to benefit your application, but if it's something you want to do and are passionate about, go for it and definitely include it in your application. It won't hurt your application.

Best,

Well- let's hope there is something else as it would be a bit of a red flag to see something started 2 months before submission. But if you are passionate about the activity and you have done something meaningful- there is no reason to hide it. Is this an organization you were involved with previously? Because if there is a way to legitimately claim a longer association- even if you were previously in a lesser role- that would be the ideal way to handle- but only if that indeed is true.

I hope you do have some other activities somewhere else too! Best wishes!
