Topic: Why can't I access my Live Online Companion?

I purchased the GMAT Premier Live Online 2010 Edition brand new from Chapters. When I try to register, I keep getting invalid serial number.

I can't seem to find any suggestions online. I've email support but I'm really anxious to get up and running.

Does anyone out there have any thoughts?

Our customer service is quite good; I expect you'll get a response swiftly, though if you're impatient you can give us a call at 1-800-KAP-TEST to speak to a representative sooner. Let me know if things don't get repaired within the next day or two, and good luck with your studies!
