Hi,

I have a GMAT score of 710 (Q: 41, V: 44) and am planning on applying to Harvard, Columbia, Kellogg, LBS and IESE. Are these realistic target schools with a score that is as unbalanced between quant and verbal as mine?

The rest of my application is fairly strong (essays, recommendations, work experience, story etc.).

Great to get thoughts.

Thanks.

Apols, that should read as a quant score of 42 (not 41).

Congrats on the good gmat score. You say the rest of your profile is strong, but how strong? Need more details. Harvard and Columbia will be tough of course. I don't know if they would qualify as target schools for you. LBS and IESE should be right in your wheelhouse. Depending on what you want to do, many top 15 schools will be in your target range. Check out Cornell, UCLA, Ross, etc. You should be good.
