Hi,
i noticed that people say they got a certain # on the GMAT prep, example

GMATPrep 1 - 720[/color] (47Q, 41V)

when they say 47Q do they mean 47% in quantitative?

Thanks

Hello....for each section (quant and verbal), the score is reported on the scale that runs from 0-60....so 60 is the maximum and not 100. So, 47Q means 47/60.

it's not 47%.
47 is scaled score based on your performance on the test.
you receive percentile rank on each section though.
