When to take GMAT

Hello, I am planning to apply for round# 1 of 2014. When do you think is a good time to finish the GMAT so that i can focus on essays & application process? Will end of June be good enough?

It could be good enough, but end of May would be better - it gives you more buffer time to schedule a retake if necessary.
