Hi there -
I'm a Canadian and Turkish citizen (grew up in Canada, Turkish by heritage), but am a US permanent resident (on the citizenship path as we speak) working in the US... I also went to college here.
What pool do I fit under? Will it make much of a difference?

Eg,
Thanks for your post. I believe you would still be classified as a US-based applicant. I dont think it will have a big impact on your candidacy either way.
