Hi ,
My Profile:
Interested in: MBA(2 years full time)
GMAT: 640(Q:49 V:27)
WE: 2 years 1 month as Manager(Port Logistics)
Did MS(GPA:3.5) Undergrad % : 70% Intermediate: 89 10th: 74
Extracurriculars: Good
Community sevice: Good

I am looking for MBA in Entrepreneurship.
I have Bostn univ, babson, Smith in mind Can u suggest some good schools in Northeast(USA) that I can apply to
and also chances in these schools

Thanks for your note. While your grades are fine, your 640 gmat is a bit low for the very top schools. Thus, you are doing the right thing by focusing on schools like Babson, Boston U and U Maryland Smith. Given your strong interest in Entrepreneurship, Babson is probably your best choice. Since you are focused on the Northeast, you might also look at Boston College - perhaps U. Rochester.

If you submit high quality applications to these schools, you should be able to gain admission to at least one of these schools.

Thanks for your reply. I think Cornell, CMU and NYU will all be reach schools for you based on your current 640 GMAT score. In fact, you are currently 40-60 points below their average scores. The best way to improve your chances at these schools is by retaking the GMAT and getting a score in the upper 600s.
