Hi,
You already have an MBA? Why do you need another one?
Also, you havent given important data. What are your long term goals. Schools need to be selected on the basis of that.

Hi Vineesh,
Thanks for your reply.
The primary reasons for opting for another MBA are:
1) To change my career (I want to get into consulting)
2) To have International Experience
3) To increase my network and of course to earn more money.
My short term goal is to get in to Consulting and my Long term goal is to be an entrepreneur.
Kindly let me know if you need any more details to suggest me my Safe, Reach and Dream schools.
Thanks,
Ramakanth

Hi,
Selecting schools is a long and tedious process. I have been at it for months and I have not been able to complete my own list. Your choice of schools has to come from you.
Start by going through the list of schools. Financial times / USNEWS / Business Week rankings are a good place to start.
go through each school's website and their course, academic life, placement stats and class profile details. See if you fit there. That is the way to go about it.

Hi Ramakanth,
As vineeshp pointed out rightly, school selection is long drawn research process and there is a lot more information required to help you with that.
Broadly, the 3 weak areas I can see are:
1. Weak GMAT Score for a person with your profile. Indian candidates from IT background tend to score more and is a competitive pool.
2. The reason for doing a second MBA is not satisfactory enough.
3. Your MBA goals are not specific and not well thought of. Why do you want to get into consulting and why didn't you opt for consulting after your first MBA? Do you have any transferable skills that will be useful in your consulting career? etc...
