ukr.net, The max number - below 100 - 99 is divisible by 3.
99/3 = 33
Again the min. number - below 200 - 198 is divisible by 3.
198/3 = 66
So the answer is (66 - 33) = 33 - IMO A. Got my point?
Correct me If I am wrong
