Scoring in Quant

by samirpandeyit62 » Tue Sep 25, 2007 8:13 am
Hi,
I wanted to know that in order to score a 51 on Quant, one needs to answer all the questions (actual scoring questions & not experimental) correctly or this can be achieved with say 1 or 2 actual questions going wrong out of the 37.

Thanks in Advance.
Regards
Samir

You will not get all of the questions right - it doesn't matter how high you score.

A 99th percentile score in quant or verbal probably translates to answering about 75-90% of the questions right. They don't publish the actual algorithm, so this is just a guess based upon our attempts to rebuild their algorithm as closely as possible.
