I am from non-native english speaking background.

Can someone advise on the possibility of getting admission on any accredited MBA schools in Chicago area?

Or, it is better to attempt the GMAT again?

Thanks in advance,

CT.

You need to improve on Verbal area and get GMAT score at least ~530. What percentile rank you have?

Also you want to make sure whether the b-schools you're interested in accepts students with so much experience or not. Maybe you can opt for executive or part-time/weekend MBA.

still GMAT is just one part of the whole package. Other points are also important and thus your candidacy depends on overall package, including the essays.

Usually b-schools' websites provide admission stats.
