(1) All elements of set S are positive

(2) The median of set S is positive

We must note the following.

1. If a positive number is multiplied a positive integer, the resultant is greater than the original number.

2. If a negative number is multiplied a positive integer, the resultant is less than the original number.

3. If 0 is multiplied a positive integer, the resultant is equal to the original number.

So, if we need to answer the question in Yes, either all the numbers in the set should be positive or Median is positive.

Statement 1: The median of set S is positive.

As discussed above, this condition suffices.

Statement 2: The median of set S is positive.

As discussed above, this condition suffices.

The correct answer: D

Hope this helps!
