Hello! I am about to apply in R1 and I would love to hear your feedback

Target schools: HBS, Stanford (my dream), Booth, MIT

Age: 27 at enrollment
Gender: Male
Race: White
Marital status: Married less than 1 year.
Nationality: Spaniard. I also have US passport (born there) and Swiss passport.
GMAT: 720 (Q49 V40 AWA6 IR8)

Education:
- B.S. + M.S. in Telecommunications Engineering at Technical University of Madrid.
GPA: 7.19/10. Master thesis 10/10.
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago). Double Degree Agreement between the two institutions. GPA: 3.65

Professional background:
- 2+ years as Consultant/Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Worked mainly in the Energy & Utilities industry in a mixture of IT/operations/IT strategy projects (2013-2015)
- Moved to a small boutique strategy consultancy, well-known in Spain, but not in the U.S. However, some employees at this company went to Columbia, MIT, Booth, Wharton... Worked mainly in strategy & operations projects for Energy & Telecommunications industries. (2015-2016)
- Interned during the summer of 2013 at ComEd (an Exelon Company) after graduating from IIT. Engineering role.

Extracurriculars:

- Two small entrepreneurial initiatives: food&music festival to help entrepeneurs and NGOs, with more than 300 attendes; handmade ties brand to help unemployed women, it didn't work
- Volunteer trip to Cuba in January 2016. Motivated and coordinated a group of 20 people to volunteer in Cuba in August 2016. Organized summer camps for more than 250 children. Gathered and delivered more than 400kg of clothes, medicines and school supplies. Fundraised more than €3.5k in Spain to help the Cuban community.
- Independent non-profit movie Producer (2012-2015). €20k budget, self-financed through fundraising.
- Youth event organizer with more than 5,000 attendees in 2011.
- Two short student exchange programs (ATHENS Programme). In 2009, Technische Universität Wien (Vienna, Austria) and in 2011, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Thessaloniki, Greece).
- Madrid Region Academic Excellence Grant recipient in 2008, for top academic record achievement (750 grants awarded out of more than 50,000 students).
- Attended "Entrepreneurship Program's seminars" in 2011. Training phase of an entrepreneurship competition for selected projects.
- Volunteered and coordinated numerous projects for homeless people, nursing homes and youth summer camps.
- Guitarist in bands.


Short term plans: Transition into MBB management consulting or directly to a VC fund to help develop entrepeneurs

Hey there good sir!
So I like your profile overall. with three passports and your exchange semesters, you come across as quite international, which is one of your strong points. Also, AdComs don't really get to see that many Spanish applicants, and I believe this should work in your favor. That + the interesting side projects in music, film and entrepreneurship, should help you build a profile that is not only strong, but also interesting. (Well at least, that is what you should aim for :) )

As far as your goals go, MBB is an easier sell than VC (I mean you have the experience) so I'd suggest going with that story.

Other than that, add another school or two to your list get those applications done, and best of luck!
