Hey there,
Well, Being African American and Coming from Microsoft are both great.
Your GMAT could be a lot higher though, and that's the main thing. Not only is the average GMAT at these schools something like 50-70 points higher than your current GMAT, but MBB will also look at your GMAT, so breaking a 700 will be important.
Next: What else can you DO now to improve? I mean you have two more years?
First and foremost, SUCCEED at work - awards, quicker promotions, and going out of your way to take on leadership roles are some of the best things you can do.
Second - Volunteer work! Do you have any? Get MORE! Volunteer more, expand your role, add something else.
Likewise for other activities (sports, hobbies, etc.) esp. anything with any leadership.
It's too early for you to worry about schools in my opinion, but not too early to work on your profile.
Best,
JF

Coming from Microsoft, it will be MUCH easier for you justify a GM career in IT, than to explain a desired move into finance. Esp. since it is already competitive among people who already have finance experience!
It doesn't mean you can't do it in reality though! Just means it doesn't necessarily make the best application narrative.
Best,
Jon
