Hi,

I am just surprised by my results from today GMAT scores.Real GMAT score 2nd attempt Q49 V23 (600) 12/28/2015
Real GMAT 1st attempt in 01/06/2013 (610, Q48, V28).

manhattan test 2 12/21/2015 Q40 V35 (620)
manhattan test 3 12/23/2015 Q39 V36 (620)

Practiced material (Verbal)
OG 2016 and New Verbal review.
Manhattan CR, SC
CR bible
GMAT prep all cracked question for SC(400 question) and CR(200 plus questions).
700-800 Level questions from question banks in gmatclub for SC and RC.

i practiced verbal over 3 months. carefully analyzing SC errors and right answers. I grew confident in CR too.
I did maintained an error log for SC and CR and did review them. For RC didn't review my error log thoroughly but i did look at it.

I AM NOT BLAMING MANHATTAN GMAT, I JUST WANT TO HAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS for the discrepancy
While practicing Manhattan tests, I did see some questions(2-3) from GMAT prep in SC and CR.
I did all my verbal practice in timed sessions.

In my practice tests i just did math and verbal portions only but both under timed conditions(75 mins each no pausing while taking exams.)

I ate oily food before the night in GMAT. Slept well for 8 hours. I planned to skip AWA AND IR. SO I meditated for 30 mins in both sections finished both the sections in 40 mins. I didn't write much in AWA.
Took the break.
Math went smooth.finished 1 min early. Stretched for the break.

Verbal started. 1st question on SC didn't know how to do. so picked one and moved on. I realized one thing that I was not accurately solving SC in the exam. CR was ok. RC's were easier. I don't know I felt tired after the exam which I didn't feel while practicing. i ate at 11am. and test started at 3.30 pm. ate only half a bar at break after math at 5.45pm.

So, I do want to retake but don't know what to do. will power booster help in verbal.

Please offer some advice.

Hi at1183,

The Forum that would probably be the most appropriate for your post would be this one:
