Hello,
I am a Civil Engineer with the following credentials:
2.8 GPA - Two degrees - Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering
North Carolina State University
11 years experience
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina
Lots of Community Service
Great Essays
Have not taken the GMAT yet - November 26th.
My number one school would be UNC for their Real Estate program. I would love to tie in my project development experience with their financial education. My question is - what GMAT would I need to be competitive?
Thanks so much,
Ben

Benpack03,
Thanks for your note. Sorry for not responding sooner. You asked what GMAT score you will need to be competitive at Kenan Flaglar.
Based on the US News 2009 Best Graduate School Rankings, admitted students at UNC Kenan Flagler had an average GMAT score of 681 and an average gpa of 3.27. Since your 2.8 gpa college grades are below average, I encourage you to exceed 680 on the GMAT. This way, your GMAT will offset your college grades. You might also consider building an alternate transcript - getting As in courses such as accounting and statistics. This would greatly improve your chances of admission at UNC.
Sincerely,
Eliot Ingram
