men-->4

women-->3

4 person task is to be formed with 2 men and 2 women.

selecting 2 men from 4 men can be done in 4C3 ways---(1)

selecting 2 women from 3 women can be done in 3C2 ways---(2)

so the no of ways of forming 4 person task is

4C3 * 3C2==>6*3

nCr=n!/(n-r)!*r!

sibbineni means 4c2 (not 4c3 which is in his post) which is 4!/2!*2! which equals 6.
