Hi
What exactly does it mean when someone says that they were expecting 30% in Quant and 20% in verbal.
Percentage is entirely different from percentile. So I do not think they were talking about percentile.
To get the preferred percentage does GMAT directly converts a scaled score to a percentage? I would appreciate if someone could shed some light here.
Thanks
GMAT scaled scores versus percentage (not percentile)

Hello, Sharmishri. To be honest, I am not sure what they are referring to when they say they expect a 30% in Quant, etc, either. Your scores will be reported as a percentile, not a percentage. GMAC does not report or record any scores as a percentage.
