70
is the only fitting number in the groove presented by you, so go for
D
.

It's better to type the contents involving mathematical operators on a word document first; we can make use of the symbols in their most appropriate form by doing so. Your expression "2 < (or) =to w < (or) = to 100" can be written like "2 ≤ w ≤ 100", which engrosses no confusion at all to many readers. Click the INSERT icon, and then click SYMBOL icon appearing at the extreme right on top, finally find and select whichever symbol you like. Later you can copy-paste the stuff at here. I do the same, and this allows me rectify the Grammatical errors, if any, in my posts at the same time. Try it once! All the best!!

One approach:
List multiples of 35: 35, 70
List multiples of 10: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90

w must equal 70, so the answer is D
