I actually already took the gmat and got 710 without much studying. But I got a really bad Q score 44. After spending so much money/time on the LSAT, I really can't afford a course. Is there anyway I can address my Q score surgically?

710 is an awesome score. That score is above and beyond the admissions requirements for a lot of schools. What's your target score?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "surgically."
Like a mathematical implant? A mathplant?

710 is passable for most schools but the imbalance is worrisome. 44 Quant.

Surgically as in surgical precision in regards to topic. I think I have the basics down(hence 44) but I want a 50. I think there's some knowledge gap and test taking skill gap.

At this point, you need to determine what you know and what you don't know (through answering practice questions and taking practice tests).

Once you've done that, you probably fill in the blanks as you work through the various forums on this site.
