Hey Sunny!
Most excellent to hear from you.
You have a really excellent base profile here -
Yes you are Indian Male, and come from the toughest applicant pool there is! But at the same time you have great grades from an IIT, you work for a brand name bank, and have an awesome GMAT! You even have some leadership in your bank, which is fantastic!
So really in Academic and professional terms everything is rock solid.
Where your application will need help is in the diversity, passion and story! Right now: you are a strong Indian candidate, but you don't yet stand out. And that could be a HUGE problem for you, cause every school in the Top 20 will have another 20 applicants like you. So that is your mission: to show them WHO you are, WHAT you want, to show your passion and skills and personal history, and basically to make as unique and memorable application as you can.
And I think that if you can do that, your school list is great! I mean you have nine schools, so if you start NOW you should be able to make all nine, and given the strength of your base profile I think you should see some nice results.
I hope this helps,
Best,
Jf
