Questions:

Chances at a top 15 school? (Tuck, Tepper, Anderson, Duke, Kellogg, ISB)
Ideal target schools for R3?

1st Attempt: 660 (Q47, V35), AWA 5
2nd Attempt: 730

Gender- Female
Age-24

UNDERGRAD
B.Tech. (IT) from NIT Kurukshetra (Batch: 2010-2014)
CGPA- 9.7/10 (Ranked 2nd in my batch)
Organized several events in college fests

WORK EXPERIENCE (39 months at matriculation)

Makemytrip India (May 2016 - Present)

Senior Software Engineer
1. Working with team to increase bookings for hotels
2. Simplified the operations team and BD team work
Reporting to-Associate Director, Product Manager
3. Got Rising Tripper Award
4. Salary in top 1% of peer group.

1mg (Healthcare startup) (June 2015 - May 2016)
Software Engineer
1. Recognised by CTO for work
2. Worked in pharmacy domain on various ends--frontend, backend, business end.

Fiserv (Financial Domain) (July 2014 - June 2015)
Software Engineer- Part of Market and Analytics Research System
1.Applied knowledge of customers, prospects, business lines and products, and developed software to help clients better understand the dynamics of market and organisation

So the bad news is that Round 3 is always tough, for all these schools, although I do see that you would have a chance for some of these schools in Round 1. Therefore, even though it is not what you want at this stage, I would really recommend Round 1 in your case.

However, there is some information missing here, such as extra curricular activities, as well as your post-MBA goals. Especially the latter can make a huge difference when it comes to demonstrating fit so would really need to know more about that in order to give you a recommendation. A lot of the other aspects look good in your case so focus on fit for each school in order to improve your chances.
