Work Experience-38months(got 3 role-changes in 3Years,got a award for showing Excellence and Commitment in Work,working in banking domain for a TOP 2 IT services and consulting firm in India)
Undergraduate Degree:B.Tech(1st Class Honours)
E.C-1)member of Computer Society of India for 1 year in college.
2)Secured Rank in Top 1% in national Level Aptitude Exam.
3)Secured Rank in Top 9% in national Level Aptitude Exam.
4)Organized Inter-college Seminar on "Role of IT in Rural Development".
5)Won Prize in Intra-College Quiz Competition.
6)participated in "SUN" Recognized java course.
7)passed certification of "C" Programming Language.
Community Service-1)Working for the last 1.5 years with a organisation that conducts awareness campaigns and blood check-up camps for Thalassaemia.
Which US colleges can i target and what are chances in Stern?

Your overall academics are strong with an above average GMAT and graduating in First Class with Honors in a quantitative program. You don't mention the university, but I am presuming it is well-known.
Your work experience appears strong as well with 3 promotions in 3 years. Ensuring strong recommendation letters and a story of leadership will help strengthen this area.
Rounding out your application through both extracurricular activities and hobbies/interests will help differentiate your profile.
Your overall profile appears to be consistent with Stern's accepted class, so I think you will be competitive. Other schools to consider include Kellogg, Booth, Tuck, Fuqua, Ross, Darden, and Anderson - all have 20-29% acceptance rates and strong overall programs.
