Hi Janice,

Your first (given) and last (family/surname)names must be listed in the proper order, date of birth, and country of citizenship, exactly as it appears on the identification/passport (unexpired with signature) you will present at the test center.

If your identification does not exactly match your registration information, you will not be allowed to sit for the test, and you will not receive a refund for your test fee.

Please contact GMAT Customer Service to make changes to your profile.

In India: +91 120 439 7830, 9 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time
Fax: +60 38319 1092 Email: GMATCandidateServicesAPAC@pearson.com

Thank you, Tonya
