My test is coming up this weekend. I"m not going to lie -- I'm nervous about this for some reason. ANy advice to calm the jitters? Especially DURING the exam -- which I know will affect me.

This might sound wierd, but I think of my g/f topless!

It soothes me. Find something that calms you down, spend 20 seconds and just focus on it.

That's a good one. Smile

I also think that perspective is useful. Remember, a good GMAT score or a bad GMAT score does not determine your acceptance to a business school. The GMAT is just one of several factors that admissions committees consider.

Taking the really long view, your GMAT score is no measure on the success that you have in life--it's just one annoying hurdle toward a goal...

Be confident!

Jokes aside, that is a VERY GOOD POINT. Anything that calms you down.

I'd say something with lots of carbs and proteins albeit very little sugar. You do not want your sugar crash during the test.
