Topic: unable to find antecedent....The Smiths avoid the Browns

The Smiths avoid the Browns because they dislike their children.

- I know that sentence is incorrect as we cant clearly find out the antecedents of "they" and "their".

My question: can we correct this sentence by rephrasing this as below:

The Smiths avoid the Browns because they dislike each other's children...

Still, we cant find the antecedents but "each other" makes it fine for both Smiths and Browns..

What you guys think?

IMO I dont think so.. pronouns should have one and only one clear referrent..
