Topic: Unable to access MGMAT website

I haven't been able to access the MGMAT site at all for the past 3 hours. All I get is a page saying 'Service Unavailable'. Could someone at MGMAT please let us know when it will be up again. This is a pretty bad thing for me as my test is in less then 2 weeks and I need to get into the site to access my past tests/give new tests.

Any help is appreciated.

For future, please call the 800 number (during business hours) or send an email to techsupport@manhattangmat.com whenever you have technical issues.

There are times when we have to have server maintenance or the like - those things generally happen very late at night or very early in the morning, which it seems might have been the case given the timestamp on your post.

I am getting the following error while attempting to log into MGMAT website
Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
JRun closed connection.

Wondering whether anyone else is getting a similar error.
I am getting the error since this afternoon. I have mailed MGMAT tech support team as well as tried calling them; i have not received a response yet.

Thanks, guys - as you all have probably long since figured out, the site's fine now. Sorry it took us a while to sort out - who would've thought it would go out on Christmas eve!?!
