ThunderBird Or Moore School of Business..Need help to decide Post Wed Mar 14, 2012 8:16 am
Hi Friends,

I am an international candidate with five years of work ex I need help in deciding which school to select for Global MBA . I have got acceptance from Thunderbird school of global management and Moore School of business (USC), Please help me decide which college is better. My criteria for college selection is ROI , Quality of Education ,Employment prospects in USA post MBA in the field of consultancy/marketing/supply chain mgmt.

I have read the reviews and both seems to be decent one but I am having a hard time in deciding which one is better, both will cost me nearly same (Moore is probably 20 K more).
Also I am thinking of applying to Zicklin School of business,NY as it is a low cost MBA but I need your advice if Zicklin is better than the above two colleges in terms of ROI and employment prospects.

Please let me know if you need any information.
I look forward to hear your opinion, Thanks !!

I think you should go for Thunderbird.Thunderbird caters to a niche segment and I think it will eventually help you get a much greater exposure than moore. However, I am sure you must have made a decision by now. Do let me know whatever you decide.

Hmmm, well I don't know that there is a clear cut answer here. Because a lot depends on your needs, goals, wants. I would suggest visiting before you make the decision.

But one thing to think about is employment. Thunderbird's employment record of graduates who received first job offer by graduation is relatively low at 38%, whereas by Moore it''s 70%. I would look carefully at this and other statistics, as well as where students come from and where they go.
