Specialization in MBA

Can I specialize in a particular area of business in the MBA? Are there focus areas or concentrations?

Depends on the school, some offer concentrations, while some are just general programs. Regardless, once you are in school you can design your own concentration based on the classes you take and the clubs you work with. It might not show up on your transcript or diploma, but employers will notice.
