Hi All,
I have been admitted to Robert H SMith and Vanderbilt University's Full Time MBA starting in Fall, 2012. I have received a scholarship worth $40000 from Owen(Vanderbilt Univ) and $47000 from Smith MBA(Univ Of Maryland). I have work experience of around 5 years in IT in India. Which would be a better option for me. I am more inclined towards Vanderbilt MBA but someone told me that no IT companies visit the campus. I want to pursue my MBA in IT strategy and Consulting. I have also heard that Smith MBA hs good reputation in IT. But Smith's employment statistics doesn't say much about the placements stats for internationals. So, kindly help me in choosing the right school to pursue my MBA..
Smith MBA or Vanderbilt MBA

Well sir, I can't tell you where YOU should go. You know each person has their own needs goals and desires, and so for one person Owen might be better and another Vanderbilt.
I would say though that it's totally right that you need to find out who recruits at each school, and the best way for you to get real info on this is to speak with students or alumni FROM YOUR FIELD at the school. That way you can get real hands on info. That is certainly the most important thing - the resources the school has to help you reach your goals. Second, I would say is also to think about where you might FIT. If you are really indecisive, the best thing to do (especially if you haven't yet) is to VISIT. Yes, yes it's money and time... but this choice can define the rest of your career, even life, so it should be worth it, right?
