1 => x intercept grater than 1
Since the radius of the cirlcle is 1 we cannot answer the question.

2 => slope = -1/10

It cannot be A or B , Let us combine them

Line could have the equation y = (-1/10) x + C

Unless we know the value of C in the equation we cannot say if it intersects the circle or not. meaning for cetain values of C the line will intersect and for certain values it wont.
There is no definite way to find C from the given data
