Target GMAT Score: 700
GMAT Score: 550

IMO it's 55 which is B

The max they can share is 55 and the lowest is 0, so 55-0 = 55 ..

What's the OA?

Minimum will certainly not be zero. Please look into it more clearly. It should come out as 10. so the answer must be 55-10=45.
