Since A is composed of 18 values, list the members in rows of 6:
-10, -8, -6, -4, -2, 0
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24

Only the values in blue are positive.
Range of the values in blue = biggest - smallest = 24-2 = 22.

The correct answer is A.
