If you have taken all the tests with AWA and strict testing conditions then +/- 30 points from your first two GMAT Prep scores. You are averaging 680 as of now. Stick to GMAT Prep or OG questions for these two weeks and review the GMAT Prep tests very carefully to find where you can improve your Quant or Verbal score by two or three points. Its possible only in Verbal as you are already scoring 48+ in quant. Try to maintain the quant score and work on verbal. See in which section you make more mistakes, narrow down to topics or question types and work on those to improve. If you haven't got the GMATPrep question set documents try those for the two weeks.

For whatever reason, our algorithm tends to score a bit harder than one would expect. I like to use the calculator at http://www.800score.com/score2.html, which has Q47 V39 as a 700. Obviously, that calculator isn't perfect either, but between the two scores you should have a better idea of what to expect.
