Hi!
The way I usually look for questions to answer is by searching for "posts since my last visit". However, I notice a lot of the time that the new posts "disappear" quite quickly from my search list.
For example, I opened the site about 10 minutes ago and did a new posts search. I looked at 2 posts (answered 1 of them) and then did another new posts search and the 40 or so posts on the original list had all been reflagged as old.
Sometimes I can be on the site for an hour+ and the list stays active, sometimes it gets depopulated almost immediately.

I believe that this function works by session and not by cookie--whenever this problem occurs, are you closing your browser? This may be disrupting sessions.
How frequently does this problem occur? If possible, can you map out your process so I can try to replicate the bug?
Thanks Stuart for this heads up!
